Adding a Domain in the Web Interface¶
CDN administration is accessible in Client Zone in the Services section on the home page or by clicking from the top menu:
You can add a new domain via the "Add a new domain" button in the CDN service overview or by clicking from the top menu:
Here you enter your domain, according to it a CDN domain is generated in the form of a subdomain on the vshcdn.net domain and you select the locations in which you want to use the cache. Furthermore, there is an option to create a domain without activating it, so that additional configurations can be made before the domain is enabled.
After creation, the new domain will appear in the overview below the graph. Settings and other actions are available directly from this overview, or after clicking on individual domains:
In particular, it is possible to "warm up" or clear the cache for certain URLs and display the logs of these actions.
The "Edit configuration" button opens additional setting options:
-
Caching Enforce - CDN will ignore the expiration time and cache the resource for the selected time (set here after enabling) or until disabled.
-
Convert images to WebP format - After switching on and saving the changes, the key and salt will be displayed from the domain overview.
-
Log to a remote destination - Possibility to forward logs to a selected destination, Syslog, RabiitMQ and Loggly are available.
-
Enable GeoIP restrictions - states can be selected for Blocking or Allowing.
