Setting PIN in the Client Administration¶
You will need the security PIN when you contact our phone support.
You can set it up ion the client administration. Only a user with the administrator role can change it.
How to set it up?¶
- After you have logged into client zone, you will see the logo of your company on the left side and change company settings option under it.
- After clicking on this option, you will be shown basic info about your company together with your logo. Next to it you can see black PIN button.
- After clicking on it, you will be asked to enter six numerals long number, which will be set as your PIN. Then, click on Update.
