Setting PIN in the Client Administration

You will need the security PIN when you contact our phone support.

You can set it up ion the client administration. Only a user with the administrator role can change it.

How to set it up?

  1. After you have logged into client zone, you will see the logo of your company on the left side and change company settings option under it.
  2. After clicking on this option, you will be shown basic info about your company together with your logo. Next to it you can see black PIN button.
  3. After clicking on it, you will be asked to enter six numerals long number, which will be set as your PIN. Then, click on Update.
