How do I know where my request falls?

It is advisable to send the exact setup request by e-mail to avoid misunderstandings. Thanks to the ticketing system, continuity is also maintained in the solution and you have an overview of the situation with your ticket. If you wish to perform a server upgrade, more complex configuration changes, or any other action with an impact on production operations, let us know at least 1 day in advance at email@example.com. We perform these operations at night to minimize the impact on your project. By letting us know in advance, our administrators will book a time directly for you.
